My name is Kim Petro and I am your Business and Financial Organizer.

 

One thing that many business owners struggle with are finances. They are so consumed with the day to day running of their business, that the back end tasks are often put on the back burner or neglected entirely. Budgeting, forecasting and managing cash flow are vital to the health and well being of the business. Because these are often ignored, or attempted too late, it can ultimately lead to the business failing.

My name is Kim Petro, owner of Designed to Organize, LLC, and I want to see your business succeed. I have worked with businesses all over the United States assisting them with their bookkeeping, financial organization, book clean up/catch up and generally ensuring that the financial needs of the business are met. In addition, I also help business by setting processes and procedures in place to create workflows that help relieve some of the burden of running the business behind the scenes. My clients know that when a question comes up, I will find them a solution.

I believe that each and every business owner has the potential to do great things. Sometimes, they just need a little help. One of the reasons I created Designed to Organize, LLC is I enjoy helping others, especially when I can help them by lending my knowledge and organizational talents. Through educating business owners on how to best utilize Quickbooks Online and build a solid business foundation, they save time and money, both of which can be used to spend more time working on what they love to do.
